Using Everdate

Everdate lets you create date invites, pair with one partner, send and respond to invites, browse public date ideas, save memories, and manage shared Plus access.

You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your login information secure.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the photos, artwork, text, and date details you add to Everdate. You give Everdate permission to store, process, display, and share that content as needed to provide the app.

Do not upload content you do not have permission to use, content that violates another person's rights, or content that is abusive, hateful, illegal, misleading, or harmful.

Public Dates And Discover

If you make a date public, it may appear in Discover where other users can browse, star, or remix it. Private or recipient-only dates are intended for the people included in that invite.

Pairing

Pairing connects two Everdate accounts. Pairing is separate from accepting a date invite. If one paired person has active Everdate Plus, both paired users may receive shared Plus access while the subscription and pairing remain active.

Everdate Plus

Everdate Plus may include features such as unlimited date invites, premium templates, premium stickers, Discover interactions, saved ideas, remixes, public posting, and date history.

Subscriptions purchased on iOS are billed by Apple through your App Store account. Apple handles payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund processes. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Beta And Availability

Everdate may be offered in beta or early access. Features may change, break, or be removed as we improve the product. We will try to keep the service available, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Account Deletion

You can request account deletion from inside the Everdate app. Deleting your Everdate account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription; subscriptions must be managed through your App Store account.

Safety And Real-World Plans

Everdate helps organize plans, but you are responsible for the real-world choices you make, including where you go, who you meet, and what activities you choose.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms as Everdate changes. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and may notify users in the app or by email.
